Orders placed on-line will be confirmed automatically by email. This does not guarantee that we can meet your order. You will be contacted promptly if your order cannot be met or if there is a delay in despatch and you will be refunded as appropriate.

If you have asked for a prepayment invoice (pro-forma invoice) it will be sent to you once we have received your order and checked that all the books are still available. We will not send any books out until payment has been received.

We will indicate if an item is available and we will aim to keep this as accurate as possible. However, if we are unable to supply an item that you have ordered, we will contact you immediately and refund your money.

Prices are as displayed on our website and are in British Pounds. There is also a Euro and US Dollar price shown but these are approximate and may not have the current exchange rate. We advise our customers to. We try to ensure that prices shown on our website are accurate, but they will still need to be validated before your order is processed. If there is a price difference, we will contact you immediately and if you wish to cancel your order, we will refund your money.

Prices displayed are exclusive of VAT and delivery charges. At the moment there is no VAT charged on books in the UK so VAT will be 0%. Please see the Delivery section below for charges.

The United Kingdom's Distance Selling Regulations 2000 provide you with a right to cancel your order for products at any time up to the end of the seventh working day following the day after the day on which you received the products. You do not need to give us any reason for cancellation.
